Cosy cottage is the little sister to our stunning Harbour House, it is equally as luxurious just on a smaller scale and available for exclusive use. Also in Aberaeron, West Wales, Cosy Cottage is the perfect coastal holiday location.
If you are looking for a relaxing Welsh staycation, school holiday location, fabulous coastal walks, stunning local beaches, then this is all on your doorstep!
Upon arrival, enjoy Welsh cakes and fresh coffee! Culinary delights provided by top notch restaurants a stones throw away and most importantly the famous “Honey Ice Cream” from The Hive.

Cosy Cottage is a pretty two bedroom 18th century cottage that comfortably sleeps 4 in a double and twin bedroom.

A small Cottage garden is set at the rear and private parking is available adjacent to the Cottage. All small humans will have access to complimentary crabbing gear – an essential activity in Aberaeron.
Cosy Cottage is walking distance from Aberaeron beaches, fabulous Harbour, cafes, independent shops, quality restaurants and stunning coastal walks.
Most importantly Cosy Cottage is Doggie friendly on the insistence of Mabel our beautiful Springer Spaniel.

How do I book? Please email direct to info@seedlingsretreatsandholidays.com and we will respond within 12 hours usually much quicker.
Is there WiFi? Yes broadband and WiFi in all rooms.
Is there a TV? Smart TV with Netflix in the lounge
Is there a log burner? Yes and we provide the logs!
Is there parking? Yes, there is parking outside the house. Also free off street parking.
What time can I arrive and depart? Arrival is after 3pm and departure is before 11am unless agreed otherwise.
Are dogs allowed? Yes Cosy cottage welcomes well-behaved dogs. We would ask not in the bedrooms or left unattended.
Do we get exclusive use of the house? Yes the house is rented on an exclusive basis.
Do I need to bring towels? No luxury towels and toiletries are provided. Just bring your beach towels!
How far away is the town centre and beaches? Cosy Cottage is walking distance from independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and fabulous Harbour. Super coastal paths on your doorstep, doggie paradise.
Is there a garden? Yes a small garden to the rear.
