Following the major success of the 2024 retreat (77% of 2024 attendees have booked to return in 2025!), Seedlings is so excited to be hosting another Italian Wellness extravaganza in June 2025! We are now taking reservations for two 6-day long retreats, 14th to 19th June, and 22nd to 27th June.
Be prepared for 5 nights and 6 days of sunshine, yoga, breathwork, meditations, and delicious Italian food, not forgetting a cheeky glass or two of Italian wine with supper.
We will base ourselves on an architecturally designed house built in the hills near Abruzzo. I am confident from our previous guests' reactions and experiences that you will agree the house is next level with its 25-metre swimming pool—designed by an Olympian, decked Yoga space overlooking vineyards, raised outside dining space perfect for sunset dining, for connection and mindful reflections of the days spent. We also offer a stunning seafood restaurant experience, an Italian vineyard tasting tour (minimal cost), and an energetic walk through the Italian countryside. Our retreat address is Contrada Campo di Pardo 15, Villalfonsina, Italy.
